شفقناافغانستان-هیأت رهبری دانشگاه تعلیم و تربیه شهید استاد ربانی در اعلامیه گفت که دکتر توفیقالله ایوبی استاد دپارتمنت ریاضی این دانشگاه از سوی Southwest University بهترین محصل دوره دکترا در رشته ریاضی شناخته شده است.
زندگینامه و برخی از کارکردهایی علمی دکتر توفیق الله ایوبی، بهترین محصل دوره دکترا در رشتهی ریاضی از طرف Southwest University
دکتر توفیق الله ایوبی استاد دیپارتمنت ریاضی دانشگاه شهید استاد ربانی در سال ۱۳۶۴ در ولایت پنجشیر در یک خانوادهی علمپرور چشم به جهان گشود. استاد ایوبی مکتب ابتدایی و لیسه را در مکتب علم فیض زاد ولایت کابل به اتمام رسانید، سپس وارد دانشگاه تعلیم و تربیه شهید استاد ربانی گردید و در سال دانشگاه را درجه عالی را به اتمام رسانید.
وی در سال ۲۰۱۳ به منظور به دست آوردن سند کارشناسی ارشد وارد University Malaysia Phang گردید و در سال ۲۰۱۴ از جانب همین دانشگاه، به مدال طلای ریاضی دستیافت.
دکتر توفیق الله ایوبی در سال ۲۰۱۷ به خاطر ادامهی تحصیل وارد Southwest University کشور چین گردید و در سال ۲۰۲۰ بهترین دانشجوی دوره دکترا در رشتهی ریاضی از طرف دانشگاه Southwest University کشور چین بهخاطر فعالیتهای اکادمیکاش انتخاب گردید.
قسمت اعظم آثار استاد ایوبی در ژونالهای معتبر بینالمللی چون Applied Mathematics and Computation, Letters in Biomathematics, Applied Mathematics به نشر رسیده است.
قابل یاد آوری است که این ژورنالها در معتبرترین (Database)های دنیا چون Web of Science and Scimgo ثبت میباشد.
