شفقناافغانستان- بیش از ۳۵۰۰ نفر در جنگ ملی رییس جمهور فیلیپین با کارتل های مواد مخدر کشته شده اند و معلوم نیست تا شش ماه دیگر- که زمان پایان این جنگ اعلام شده- چند نفر دیگر بمیرند.
به گزارش شفقنا به نقل از رویترز یکی از قول های انتخاباتی رودریگو دوترته معروف به ترامپ فیلیپین، مقابله با معتادان و قاچاقچی های مواد مخدر بود؛ وی حتی گفته بود همانطور که هیتلر یهودی ها را کشت او نیز قاچاقچی های را می کشد. این کشتار باعث انتقاد جهانی از فیلیپین نیز شده است.
