شفقناافغانستان- مسلمانان آواره روهینگیایی با یکی دو مشکل روبرو نیستند؛ آنها خانه یا زمینی برای بازگشت به میانمار ندراند و اصولاً کشورشان آنهارا شهروند خود نمیداند. زمین و خانههای سوخته در استان راخین دیگر امکان بازگشتی برای آنان فراهم نکرده است. از سوی دیگر آوارگی در کشور غریب آن هم با شرایط غیرقابل تحمل پیش روی آنها قرار دارد. بارانهای موسمی نیز به عنوان یک چالش اساسی، زنان، کودکان، ناتوانان و سالمندان آنها را به شدت تهدید میکند.
